Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize innovative digital experiences for Dashboards, AI, enterprise, and innovation platforms.
• Transform abstract business ideas into compelling user journeys and experience concepts.
• Design high-fidelity interfaces, prototypes, interactions, transitions, and motion concepts.
• Create engaging experiences using visual storytelling, interactive discovery, dynamic interfaces, and modern web design patterns.
• Work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and frontend developers to convert concepts into feasible digital products.
• Define information architecture, user flows, interaction patterns, visual language, and design systems.
• Present and communicate design concepts clearly, explaining both the user experience and the rationale behind the design.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in UX, UI, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
• Excellent proficiency in HTML, CSS, Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Experience designing complex enterprise, AI, SaaS, or digital innovation products.
• Understanding of motion design, micro-interactions, and interactive web experiences.
• Ability to think conceptually and create experiences beyond standard UI patterns.
